Professional TCM massage to help you rediscover a light, healthy you!
I was honored to study as an inner disciple under Master Tan Te Da, learning from Teacher Han Yuling. What I gained went far beyond technique—it was the wisdom and heart behind true medical practice.
“Immediate results, benevolent heart and skill.”
These eight characters capture the essence of medicine and the soul of acupuncture.
Over three days I witnessed the astonishing efficacy of the needles and learned to adopt a more refined mindset to restore meridian balance, helping both body and mind return to their self-healing rhythm. From pain management and internal medicine to women’s health, I’m now even more convinced that truly effective therapies arise from an understanding and respect for the body’s holistic system.
Thank you to Teacher Han for generously imparting your knowledge. I look forward to bringing these possibilities into my clinical practice! 🌱
A senior classmate led us through Five-Element needling, laying out a three-day deep-dive practice:
- ✅ Learning: Eight hours daily of one-on-one dialogue with the Twelve Meridians, using the silver needle to “rewrite the Ling Shu.” As the ancient text says, “Half the three yin and two yang are like dismantling the Milky Way,” a testament to the rigorous focus that lets you actually feel qi and blood surging through the channels.
- ✅ Daily Life: Shared breakfast, lunch, and dinner; 9:30 pm tea talk then lights-out; 7 am meditation 🔆
- ✅ Treatment: I received multiple acupuncture sessions from classmates—each time they inserted a few needles, I half-joked, “This is exactly the treatment I want!” Afterward I felt calm yet empowered, with sharper focus.
Thanks to my “fellow students”—who are also my teachers—proving that true transmission lives not just in words but in every tip of the silver needle.

First Impressions:
The moment I stepped into the venue, I felt a subtle yet unmistakable flow of “qi.” As someone trained in modern medicine, I had once thought Five-Element acupuncture was merely a theoretical relic—until Professor Huali opened his talk with, “The Five Elements are not elements at all but a living state of balance.” In that instant, the seminar’s design made perfect sense: it was about breaking our ingrained thought patterns.
Revelation:
True acupuncture had already completed half its work before the needles touched the patient—through careful observation and deep listening. What I had dismissed as “esoteric Five-Element theory” suddenly revealed itself as the most precise map of life’s energies.
Insight:
The first person healed by acupuncture is the practitioner himself.
I finally understood why Dr. Haidecheng repeatedly emphasizes that Five-Element acupuncture is not a technique but a path of self-cultivation. When we ask whether a patient’s imbalance is “method” or “destiny,” are we not also examining the depth of our own soul?
Return Journey:
I began to see the world through Five-Element eyes again. On the flight home, flipping through my notes, I realized the greatest discovery wasn’t point combinations but the off-hand observations—like the middle-aged man on the subway without a formal practice certificate, whose needle work nonetheless pulsed with imbalanced energy.
✨ The clearest treatment is the one that helps life rediscover its own rhythm.
✨ The deepest transmission transcends even the Five Elements themselves.

A woman’s radiance begins with caring for her cycle!
Do you struggle with cramps, irregular periods, cold hands and feet, or low mood? Your period isn’t a burden but your body’s way of talking to you. In this seminar, we’ll share the simplest, most practical TCM techniques—meridian massage, dietary tips, and daily self-care—to restore your balance and welcome each cycle with ease.
You Will Learn:
- Why your period feels off—and how to tell your constitution type: qi deficiency, blood stasis, or cold-damp—what each means and how to adjust.
- What to eat for a lighter flow: pre-, during-, and post-period nutrition—does red-sugar water really help?
- Meridian massage for menstrual care: key points and techniques to boost circulation and banish chill.
- How to avoid “period pitfalls”: cold drinks, late nights—and which habits matter most.
This is a warm, hands-on exchange—no lecturing, no dogma—just TCM self-care you can apply immediately. Let’s awaken your body’s wisdom and embrace every cycle with confidence!
Thank you to everyone who participated! We were thrilled to explore, from a TCM perspective, how the menstrual cycle forms, how hormones work, and how emotions influence our bodies. Senior therapist Fan also shared self-massage techniques and daily care methods to help you better understand and nurture your own health.
Jing Clinic specially prepared wellness tea bags (rose, American ginseng, goji berry, longan), which everyone loved—not only did they nourish body and mind, they also met women’s emotional needs. We also handed out $30 cash vouchers, elegant gift packs, and an afternoon tea set to show our wholehearted appreciation.
Your menstrual cycle is an opportunity for self-dialogue and self-care. May every woman bloom with both gentleness and strength!
