Cancellation Policy

Cancel Appointment

To cancel or change an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged $30 of the service fee as a cancellation fee.

Late to Appointment

If you are late for an appointment, we will endeavor to provide service for the remainder of the appointment, but the service time may be shortened accordingly and the fee will remain the same.

Not Attend Appointment

Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee for the appointment.
